However, the Company shall notice users with a proper way or announce on the website in advance as the Company terminates the whole service. The company shall conclude that users have received the notice in 2 weeks after the company had posted it by the proper way.

10) Service may be terminated by the Company due to any matters of techniques and business.

Service Hours

1) The service is available in 24 hours.
2) Long-lasting service interruption will be posted on the site as needed.
3) The Company may answer the user's inquiry from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (JST) Monday until Friday excludes Holidays.
4) The Company shall take care of the inquiries coming after the hour in the next working day.


Prohibited Matters

Service interruption

The Company shall suspend its service temporarily due to the following reasons without prior notice to the users.

2) Emergency maintenance and system upgrading required for system management.
3) Natural disasters such as earthquake, storm, flood damage or fire.
4) In the event which the Company decides that it cannot provide full service.
